Julie Bertrand
With a background in Human Kinetics and passion for healthy living, Julie’s training focus is all about you, the client. As a trainer, the best quality one can have is adaptability and the ability to tailor programs to the needs of individual clients. Julie’s experience with a wide range of individuals as a personal trainer in Ottawa has helped her gain the knowledge that is necessary to do this.
Julie employs a wide range of exercises including, but never limited to, free weights, kettle bells, plyometrics, and cardio specific workouts, fitness can be fun and challenging at the same time. Through a workout schedule that is progressive, your workouts are never getting easier – in fact, the exercises are always getting harder making it difficult for your body to adapt.

- Bachelors of Science in Human Kinetics, University of Ottawa
- CHEK certification, Equal but not the Same, considerations for training the female client
- Can-Fit-Pro, Personal Trainer Specialist
- CPR and First aid certified
