Justin Li

Justin Li joined Precision Athletics in April of 2010 and is currently a Human Kinetics student at the University of British Columbia. He is specializing in high performance conditioning, athletic training, and exercise physiology. His lifelong experience in soccer, as well as a variety of other sports and outdoor activities, inspired his pursuit and dedication to health and fitness.

Justin strongly believes in goal setting to be the key to success. It’s important to know where you are today to direct you to where you want to go tomorrow. He will work closely with you to determine your current fitness level and will help you tailor realistic goals in order to achieve the greatest results in the shortest amount of time. He is dedicated to providing you with the knowledge and motivation required to improve all aspects of physical fitness.

Currently, when not working out, Justin is active playing soccer and volleyball and is also looking forward to improving his time in the next Vancouver Sun Run.
