Kelly Morrissey is a Can-Fit-Pro Certified Personal Training Specialist, Nutrition and Wellness Specialist, Pre and
Post Natal Fitness Specialist and is working towards becoming a CHEK Exercise Coach. It is important for Kelly to keep on the cutting edge of the ever-changing fitness industry; she believes in helping clients build a foundation first, and then constantly challenging them through a multitude of different training styles involving postural realignment, core training, flexibility and balance programs, cardiovascular conditioning, plyometrics, circuit training, and high intensity interval training. Whether your goal is fat loss, strength training, or improved quality of life, Kelly will help you achieve your fitness goals.
Kelly’s passion for fitness was ignited at a young age, but her poor diet, bad habits, and lifestyle choices made it challenging for her to achieve the results she wanted. However, with the support and encouragement of personal trainers, she quit smoking and started exercising five days a week. Inspired by her own change and her lifelong passion for fitness, Kelly became a personal trainer to motivate others to eat right, be active, and lead a balanced lifestyle. Her motto is: “Nothing we can do can change the past, but everything we do changes the future.”
Kelly is extremely client focused, goal-oriented and very versatile in her approach. She gives 100% to every client, has an incredibly positive outlook on life and is truly invested in your success.
