		<description>My 21 days stretched into 34, but the results were worth it! Lost 11lbs &amp; 16 inches. Exercise got easier - my running stamina even improved! Keeping track of calories was the biggest asset, allowing me to throw in the odd goodie as long as the exercise &#039;erased&#039; it. Getting to my goal weight actually seems achievable now. Thanks for the inspiration Craig!</description>
