Precision Approach
Precision’s personal training approach is ‘assessment, program design, results.’ This philosophy applies to our Vancouver corporate fitness programs as well.
We work closely with our Vancouver clients to assess the current corporate fitness environment, examining areas such as facility services & layout, existing program design and participation levels. Based on this initial assessment, along with discussions surrounding your organization’s needs, we will design a customized program for your review.
After the program has been running for a set period we measure the results by reviewing both qualitative and quantitative information accumulated through indicators such as participation logs and user surveys. At this point, with your input, we will either change up the program or leave it as-is.
As an example, for one of our clients we operate user-pay group fitness classes on a 12-week program period. The most popular classes include Boot Camp and Yoga but every now and then we try a new class such as Circuit Training, Cardio Kick Boxing and Running Clinics based on feedback received from the facility users. We have also coordinated an annual health fair and corporate fitness challenge for this client, which were a huge success based on the attendance and positive feedback.
