Cardio Kickboxing Vancouver

Punch, kick, and block your way to a stronger, leaner body. Our Cardio Kickboxing Vancouver class is for women only and open to all skill levels. This is an action-packed circuit station workout that will have you pouring sweat and burning loads of calories!

Cardio Kickboxing Vancouver is not a women’s self-defence class, but it integrates self-defence techniques into a fun fitness environment that will allow you to get in shape while letting off some steam. This Olympic-style exercise program uses body weight gym exercises and metabolic conditioning to increase your strength and cardio fitness. Body weights are combined with running, rowing and skipping to create a single full-body workout that will increase your strength, muscle endurance and cardio fitness.

Precision Athletics’ Cardio Kickboxing Vancouver class uses focus pads and kick shields to develop hand-eye coordination, balance, speed and core strength. If you are a beginner, we will teach you the basic kickboxing movements using all eight of the body’s striking methods. As participants advance we integrate these movements together for endless combinations to create new challenges and a great workout every time.
