Vancouver Fitness
Besides our core fitness class offerings of Boot Camp, Cardio Kickboxing, CrossFit, DIVA Run Club and Speed Camp from time to time we like to add a different fitness class to the Vancouver schedule to keep things fresh and exciting. Some of these classes have included Boot Camp Yoga, Yin Yoga, Spinning and Golf Fitness Training.
