There are many reasons besides weight loss to utilize nutrition coaching, such as boosting your energy & wellbeing levels, increasing your physical performance or even just improving the healthfulness of your diet.
What method(s) do you utilize with your clients?
We follow a slightly different approach than other nutritionists and dietitians in Vancouver. We go beyond the basics of quantity and quality of food being eaten and utilize Metabolic Typing, a system that confirms the right foods for your metabolism. There are no generic eating plans and no tedious steps like counting points or weighing food.
