After an initial consultation and detailed fitness assessment, you’ll be guided step-by-step through a workout designed specifically for your fitness level and goals. Our personal trainers will keep you on track, never push too hard and ensure you work out safely—helping you get the results you want.
Our Vancouver personal training team offers a variety of training options, from personal one-on-one sessions and partner training to group training classes and corporate fitness. Training can be done in 30 or 60 minute sessions.
While our core training facilities are located downtown, we are able to offer personal training anywhere in Vancouver. We can come to your home, your gym or create a program you can take on the road. We have even provided personal training services on movie sets and on tour.
Precision is very selective in hiring its personal trainers. Each one must be either nationally or provincially certified, have current CPR and First Aid training and obtain the CHEK Institute Exercise Coach program prerequisites. Additional in-house training is utilized to bring new trainers up to a specific standard level.
