Precision’s personal training approach is simply, assessment, program design, results. We believe in scientifically assessing all clients at the first session. Assessment
Precision Athletics’ personal trainers utilize detailed fitness testing to provide an accurate assessment of your current fitness level. Testing involves a detailed body composition analysis, girth measurements, cardiovascular endurance, muscular strength and flexibility. All of these measurements create a benchmark or baseline for accurately assessing your future results.
Program Design
Once fitness levels are quantified, achievable short and long term fitness goals are determined. Your personal trainer will then scientifically design a program to meet goals, ensuring that they are specific, measurable and timeline centered.
