The spotlight is on pure strength in this Powerlifting class, while working on your squat, bench press and deadlift. Our groups are small with a maximum eight people so you get lots of hands-on coaching and pointers.

Whether you want to compete in powerlifting, Crossfit or just improve your raw lifting power, these small group training classes are for you. All ages, all sizes.

Classes run in 12-week blocks, which enables the coach to give you target weights to work towards. We also hold mini meets and testing days so you can experience how much you have improved.

*Note: If you miss your specialized fitness training session, we are unable to accommodate make-up sessions or credit your account.
