The 21-Day Challenge Package:

- Custom cardio program - A plan for days you’re not in fitness classes or training to keep you losing fat, increasing stamina and improving your fitness ($39 value).
- Group classes or personal training - Your choice of a fitness program: take three fitness classes or three personal training sessions per week for three weeks ($162 – $337 value).

Group Fitness – $99
Three weeks of group fitness classes, three times per week.
Vision Critical Building (Yaletown)
- Bootcamp: Monday, Wednesday & Friday at 7 am
- Core Circuit/Bootcamp/Crosstraining & Fitness: Tuesday, Thursday & Friday at 12 pm
- Crosstraining and Fitness: Monday, Wednesday & Friday at 12 pm; OR Monday & Wednesday at 5:30 pm and Friday at 4:30pm*
*This class is best suited to someone with previous exercise experience, not beginners.
Shaw Tower (Coal Harbour)
- Bootcamp: Monday, Wednesday & Friday at 12 pm
- Bootcamp: Monday, Wednesday & Thursday at 5:30 pm
BONUS: Sign up wth a friend and you will both receive a free mini assessment at the beginning and end of the challenge to assess your measurements, body composition, core strength and cardio vascular endurance ($70 value per person). Personal Training – $199-$299
This package includes nine 30-minute sessions followed by a 20-30 minute cardio training session with a provided program. Trainers are available Monday-Friday, 7 am- 7 pm. You’ll meet in advance with your trainer and figure out the schedule that works for both of you. If you train with a partner (spouse, colleague, friend, etc.) that signs up at the same time, the cost is $199. One-on-one training costs $299.

Terms and Conditions:
- Sign up between November 1 and 14th, 2011
- Three fitness classes per week are subject to individual class availability, and each class is limited to 12 participants. To avoid disappointment, sign up early.
- Due to limited space and the substantial discount for the 21-Day Challenge program, there are no refunds, exchanges and/or make-ups offered for missed group fitness classes, beginning measurements or final measurements.
- Personal training sessions are subject to our 24-hour cancellation policy. For the 21-Day Challenge special, all nine sessions must be booked in advance and expire 21 days after the first session is used.
- To be eligible for prizes, attendance at classes is mandatory and your food and cardio log must be submitted.
- Access to facilities is limited to classes and around your personal training sessions. The cardio program for off-days should be preformed outdoors or at your own gym.
- In order to obtain the free package offer after signing up yourself and two friends, you must all pay the full price for your chosen package. You will receive a refund on your payment once you have all begun the challenge.
* Note: This is not a weight loss challenge. Some participants may not lose any weight, but may increase lean mass and lose body fat. Precision Athletics is encouraging fat loss through exercise and a healthy whole food eating plan. Participants will not be encouraged to restrict calories or take any supplements, including fat burners. The 21-Day Challenge is solely for the purpose of encouraging healthy fat loss through nutrition and supervised exercise.
