Maxine Hubbard - Personal Trainer
Part personal trainer, part cyclist and a soon to be Holistic Nutritionist. Maxine completed her Soma Training degree (advanced biomechanics of the body) in Montreal, Quebec at the Institute of Soma Training under world renowned Osteopath Guy Voyer DO.
Currently, Max competes as a road and track cyclist, and loves sports specific training, with particular regards to cycling. Second to that she enjoys helping anyone trying to get past injuries or pain, as she believes; “there are no roadblocks in training only speed bumps!”
Her passion for health is not only something she teaches, but also lives! A self-proclaimed ‘nutrition geek’, when not in the gym you’ll find Maxine in the kitchen testing new recipes.
