Got paired with Sara and found out immediately she's not only badass but someone who knows what they're talking about. Her workouts and sessions are intense, and I find that I am motivated to ask her to push me more instead of staying at the easy level. Her energy motivates me to push further and makes me glad after every session we went all out. Currently doing the Strong Start Program and the Food Nutrition Coaching with Josee is 100% worth it! Nutrition and fitness go hand in hand and I'm glad that I'm doing it. If possible, I would 100% pay money to use the gyms full-time. Great Facilities.

Griselda is an excellent trainer, very knowledgeable and always thoroughly clear in her instructions. She emphasizes correct form which really helps to prevent injury. After just 20 sessions, what felt heavy on day one now seems light as feather! Highly recommended!

I did almost four months of partner training with Griselda Wang and all I can say is that I am extremely satisfied with her method and the results. On day one, she asked us what our fitness goals were and she devoted herself to make us achieve them— I am much fitter and stronger than before! In order to get the best results, she would always make sure form was correct which was the main reason I went looking for a personal trainer, so I could get the most out of working out at the gym. Every training session was intense and exhausting but I felt really good about myself afterwards. Thanks to the training techniques she taught us I now feel comfortable training on my own. I highly recommend her!

I’ve completed 20+ personal training sessions with Josee and I saw big improvements (more muscles, toned and generally feeling less stressed). Josee has been very professional, building programs that are just right for me. She also gave me a lot of advice on nutrition and diet which was also helpful. If schedule changes on rare occasions, she was very fast in communicating it to me. Highly recommend personal training with her if anyone is looking for personalized fitness program.

I have been taking the Power lifting class withTerri-lynn and I have never felt stronger. Coming in as a beginner and only ever doing HIIT training, I now feel totally confident on the squat rack. I highly recommend this class and gym. Very Covid friendly and inclusive space.

I completed the Abs and Glutes 12 week program this month and previously did their HIIT boot camp class in 2018-2019. They were very professional and had social distancing measures for the abs and glues class. The workout was the perfect balance of challenging and fun; i never felt bored and the hour always went by quick. I saw results with both programs, too and felt stronger and healthier after a week of each program. Ewa is a great trainer. The communication via email was good too, and they were able to respond quickly when i notified them about my schedule changes. Would highly recommend.

Recently I completed a 21 day Health Fitness challenge with Precision Athletics. The team was really knowledgeable and friendly. For the exercises, they offered thorough instruction and demonstration. The exercises were challenging, but not impossible, and well mixed so there was no monotony. To help with what to eat, several meal suggestions and planners were offered to make my life simple. The challenge was reinforced with lots of why’s, providing insight in how to be more healthy in future.I saw results and over all felt so much better in not only my appearance, my mood and my energy levels as well. I continue to remain off coffee, which no one who knows me would believe! I look forward to working with the great trainers at Precision Athletes again, and keep the positive results rolling!

Workouts were very manageable. I was just used to old routines and was plateaued for a long time. These simple but effective exercises helped me get back strength to other parts of my body and feeling the benefits of being active again! Great classes and facilities. Instructors are thorough and helpful. Recently participated in the 21 detox challenge and was superb. Awesome meal plans, daily support emails, Facebook group created and 6 challenging workouts provided to keep you challenged. The guys are top notch professionals, willing to give their personal time to ensure you are fully supported. Thank you Craig, Pepe and the rest of team. Can't recommend Precision Athletics highly enough.

I did the 21 day challenge in May and it was great! They posted 2 warmups and 6 workouts to do for 21 days. They also had recipes for different dietary preferences, lifestyle tips and daily emails for information and motivation. During the 3 weeks I lost 3 lb as well as my back pain. Would definitely recommend their workout plans, although I have not been to the gym in person.

I just completed a 21-Day Heathy Lifestyle Challenge our together by the amazing team at Precision Athletics to keep us accountable and create healthy habits, even while stuck at home. They were professional, thorough and helpful throughout the challenge and I felt like it really made a difference. I have also taken private personal training classes and boot camps at their gym, and found the trainers to be friendly and encouraging while teaching me proper form so I could be confident training on my own. I highly recommend taking some classes and signing up for PT with Precision.

Amazing gym, has everything you need to get a great workout. I've recently completed the Operation Alpha 12 week course with Pepe as my trainer and I have seen massive improvements in my strength. Pepe has taught me how to lift safely and with correct form so I can continue to lift on my own. I would highly recommend this gym!

Best gym ever. The trainers are excellent and the people and atmosphere are outstanding. You can really tailor the workout to your own level, whether you're brand new or very experienced. I love the group classes as I don't have the drive and determination to come up with my own workouts. It's nice just showing up and being told what to do! Everyone is so welcoming and they really cheer you on. I've gotten stronger and lost weight, but the best part is that I actually really enjoy going.

After two car accidents that left my back feeling vulnerable and taking away my ability to move freely, I gained weight and frequently missed work. However, when I started my regular visits with Kaitlyn Wilbee at Precision Athletics, coupled with checkups at my physio, I became stronger and, for the first time in about 12 years since the accident, I have felt consistently “normal” giving me the freedom to hike, run, cycle and do other activities that I have been missing. On my first visit to Precision Athletics we discussed my goals and my limitations and I was paired with Kaitlyn as she is the one to best guide me to achieve mobility. I didn’t think that I’d have the luxury of a pain free life again, but thanks to Kaitlyn I am living normally again! In terms of being a trainer focused on rehabilitation, Kaitlyn is patient, mindful of your physical capabilities and listens to and acts on your feedback. Kaitlyn checks in on how your body is feeling throughout each exercise and provides insightful instruction with fantastic visuals to ensure your positioning is always at the optimum to maximize the benefit of each movement and micro movements. I have never been made to feel vulnerable or fearful that we were doing anything that would reignite my back injuries. I stopped seeing Kaitlyn for a number of months (due to work commitments) and ended up having flared up back issues and missing work again... needless to say, I’m back seeing Kaitlyn and on the mend! As a person, Kaitlyn is witty, logical, intelligent, friendly, positive and has a great sense of humor! The other trainers/instructors all seem very friendly and generally nice. The gym is very clean and, as it’s not open to the general public, it is never (when I’ve been) crowded so I’ve never felt rushed, pressured or uncomfortable by the environment (or the trainers!).

I've been working with Kaitlyn at Precision Athletics since 2016. As my goals change, she accommodates my physical and psychological fitness needs. The gym has high energy and a respectful staff and client base. They keep the equipment clean and maintained, and in three years I have experienced no serious injuries as the training staff is attentive and focused on providing results safely. I would recommend Kaitlyn and any of the staff members I've encountered so far. The trainers have varied skill sets, so it's easy to find a match that aligns with your preferred approach.

Chris has been extremely helpful and great to work with and learn from. He explains the science behind every exercise in a way that is very easy to understand and implement, which has added a very exciting learning element to our training sessions. I've always been intimidated by the mere idea of working out as I didn't understand what I could do safely. I am truly glad I made the decision to start with personal training, I already feel much more confident and looking forward to continuing the journey.

Headed into this class for the first time not knowing what exactly to expect and left feeling like I had a great workout. Very welcoming atmosphere for new comers with experience in weight lifting. The coach was great at correcting form and giving tips for each exercise.Would come back for another workout.

Outstanding, knowledgeable staff and a great workout atmosphere. Not an intimidating environment for a newbie like me, and found the members there friendly as well. The workout variety is great, and they have the capacity to work with a wide range of fitness levels. And the Sbux right in the building for a post workout treat is a nice bonus!I strongly recommend you consider Precision Athletics...... all around impressive.

Nice gym and great people. I've been looking all over downtown for classes that I enjoy and get good benefit from.This has been my favorite. The 45 minute circuit training/boot camp classes are incredible. The variety and quantity of exercises done in 45 minutes is amazing. They also offer morning, lunch and after work classes as well as a Sunday class which is pretty rare.As mentioned I'm most impressed by the trainers and the attendees. The trainers are all very friendly and welcoming whether they are instructing your class or not. They also manage to offer lots of individual instruction throughout which is very comforting for beginners. Everyone I've encountered at the classes have been friendly and I've never once felt uncomfortable as I sweat my way through the grueling class.Be prepared to work hard and you'll have a good time!My only criticism is the payment plans are not very accommodating if you are spending months out of town for work ever year.

I've been coming here for the last year and some change to see my personal trainer, Danielle, and all I can say is that every time I arrive there familiar faces are there and its always great to see all the employees saying hi to you. gym is always very well equipped and in an awesome location in the downtown so easy for me to go after work. I can't recommend them enough! :)

I’ve worked out (on and off) with Precision for over 6 years and I’ve never found another gym, trainers or programs that get better results in record time. All of the staff are awesome, the programs for group fitness are perfect, the support is non-stop and the environment is welcoming and friendly for all fitness levels, ages and abilities. It’s the best group I’ve found in the city and I would recommend anyone to check it out! I’ve been training off and on here for two years. The staff and facilities are top notch. I’ve tried a few other places here and there but no place I’ve found can match the cleanliness and overall polish of prescision. They have almost every type of equipment you could ever want.Kaitlyn W took time to make me a detailed workout routine specifically tailored for my specific needs. The rest of the staff are extremely knowledgeable and helpful.The only problem I’ve found with the place is that it’s a little bit too bright in there during mid morning. They could really use some blinds on the windows. I’ve never mentioned it them however.

My partner and I train 3 times per week at Precision Athletics with Teri-Lynn. She is an awesome trainer and the gym has a great set-up. As well as 1:1 and couple training there are also various boot camp/classes. All in all, would highly recommend!

I’ve been going to Precision (Craig Boyd) for 8 mths. I’m a typical weekend warrior. I sit at a desk during the day then at the weekend play competitive football. Craig appreciates what I need to stay in the game and that I’m not training for the Olympics! Excellent results. Very happy with Craig’s training style and the facilities. Highly recommend.

I was member of women’s gym couple years ago and had very bad experience and gave up gym after 1 months, thinking gym is not for me. How wrong I was!Then 7-8 months ago I joined Precision Athletics, because it is in same building I work, and I was thinking, doing some stretching after all day sitting will do me good. Expecting nothing more.On my first free introduction hour I met Pepe, he worked with me, found exercise that I can actually do, and I like it, and decided to try it for some time.My goal was to be stronger, to ease pain in my joints, back, neck.. and I am overweight woman over 50- losing some weigh would be good.What I like:Gym is very bright and clean with nice shower room.Staff is extremely professional, friendly, and services offered are great.I feel comfortable and welcome in this gym,Pepe is great, friendly and professional, like working with him.Actually, I believe he cares about me not only for my money.After 8 months a feel stronger, my knee pain is gone, I can stand longer (when cooking) without back pain, neck feels much better. I lost about 5 kg, arms are thinner and less flabby, I need clothes one(two) size down.I feel ashamed of myself now, I achieved all of above going just once a week in gym, and rarely once a week I am doing exercise by myself using plan that Pepe made for me.I am lazy but I will try to fix that too 😊Thank you Pepe for your patience with me, you change impossible (ME!)Vesna

Love the boot camp classes! Only 45 minutes long which makes it feel very manageable BUT it's still a challenging workout. Trainers are supportive and inclusive of all fitness levels. It's a very welcoming low pressure environment with plenty of encouragement and the right amount of push. Highly recommended!

I love this gym. Conveniently located downtown and small class sizes. The trainers are all knowledgeable and super friendly. Going to the gym can be tough but when you go and there's smiling familiar faces it makes the experience so much better. Would definitely recommend this place!

The challenge was reinforced with lots of why’s, providing insight in how to be more healthy in future.I saw results and over all felt so much better in not only my appearance, my mood and my energy levels as well. I continue to remain off coffee, which no one who knows me would believe! I look forward to working with the great trainers at Precision Athletes again, and keep the positive results rolling!

Workouts were very manageable. I was just used to old routines and was plateaued for a long time. Great classes and facilities. Instructors are thorough and helpful. Recently participated in the 21 detox challenge and was superb. Awesome meal plans, daily support emails, Facebook group created and 6 challenging workouts provided to keep you challenged. The guys are top notch professionals, willing to give their personal time to ensure you are fully supported. Thank you Craig, Pepe and the rest of team. Can't recommend Precision Athletics highly enough.

I did the 21 day challenge in May and it was great! They posted 2 warmups and 6 workouts to do for 21 days. They also had recipes for different dietary preferences, lifestyle tips and daily emails for information and motivation. During the 3 weeks I lost 3 lb as well as my back pain. Would definitely recommend their workout plans, although I have not been to the gym in person.

I just completed a 21-Day Heathy Lifestyle Challenge our together by the amazing team at Precision Athletics to keep us accountable and create healthy habits, even while stuck at home. They were professional, thorough and helpful throughout the challenge and I felt like it really made a difference. I have also taken private personal training classes and boot camps at their gym, and found the trainers to be friendly and encouraging while teaching me proper form so I could be confident training on my own. I highly recommend taking some classes and signing up for PT with Precision.

Amazing gym, has everything you need to get a great workout. I've recently completed the Operation Alpha 12 week course with Pepe as my trainer and I have seen massive improvements in my strength. Pepe has taught me how to lift safely and with correct form so I can continue to lift on my own. I would highly recommend this gym!

Best gym ever. The trainers are excellent and the people and atmosphere are outstanding. You can really tailor the workout to your own level, whether you're brand new or very experienced. I love the group classes as I don't have the drive and determination to come up with my own workouts. It's nice just showing up and being told what to do! Everyone is so welcoming and they really cheer you on. I've gotten stronger and lost weight, but the best part is that I actually really enjoy going.

After two car accidents that left my back feeling vulnerable and taking away my ability to move freely, I gained weight and frequently missed work. However, when I started my regular visits with Kaitlyn Wilbee at Precision Athletics, coupled with checkups at my physio, I became stronger and, for the first time in about 12 years since the accident, I have felt consistently “normal” giving me the freedom to hike, run, cycle and do other activities that I have been missing. On my first visit to Precision Athletics we discussed my goals and my limitations and I was paired with Kaitlyn as she is the one to best guide me to achieve mobility. I didn’t think that I’d have the luxury of a pain free life again, but thanks to Kaitlyn I am living normally again! In terms of being a trainer focused on rehabilitation, Kaitlyn is patient, mindful of your physical capabilities and listens to and acts on your feedback. Kaitlyn checks in on how your body is feeling throughout each exercise and provides insightful instruction with fantastic visuals to ensure your positioning is always at the optimum to maximize the benefit of each movement and micro movements. I have never been made to feel vulnerable or fearful that we were doing anything that would reignite my back injuries. I stopped seeing Kaitlyn for a number of months (due to work commitments) and ended up having flared up back issues and missing work again... needless to say, I’m back seeing Kaitlyn and on the mend! As a person, Kaitlyn is witty, logical, intelligent, friendly, positive and has a great sense of humor! The other trainers/instructors all seem very friendly and generally nice. The gym is very clean and, as it’s not open to the general public, it is never (when I’ve been) crowded so I’ve never felt rushed, pressured or uncomfortable by the environment (or the trainers!).

I've been working with Kaitlyn at Precision Athletics since 2016. As my goals change, she accommodates my physical and psychological fitness needs. The gym has high energy and a respectful staff and client base. They keep the equipment clean and maintained, and in three years I have experienced no serious injuries as the training staff is attentive and focused on providing results safely. I would recommend Kaitlyn and any of the staff members I've encountered so far. The trainers have varied skill sets, so it's easy to find a match that aligns with your preferred approach.

Chris has been extremely helpful and great to work with and learn from. He explains the science behind every exercise in a way that is very easy to understand and implement, which has added a very exciting learning element to our training sessions. I've always been intimidated by the mere idea of working out as I didn't understand what I could do safely. I am truly glad I made the decision to start with personal training, I already feel much more confident and looking forward to continuing the journey.

Headed into this class for the first time not knowing what exactly to expect and left feeling like I had a great workout. Very welcoming atmosphere for new comers with experience in weight lifting. The coach was great at correcting form and giving tips for each exercise.Would come back for another workout.

The workout variety is great, and they have the capacity to work with a wide range of fitness levels. And the Sbux right in the building for a post workout treat is a nice bonus!I strongly recommend you consider Precision Athletics...... all around impressive.

Nice gym and great people. I've been looking all over downtown for classes that I enjoy and get good benefit from.This has been my favorite. The 45 minute circuit training/boot camp classes are incredible. The variety and quantity of exercises done in 45 minutes is amazing. They also offer morning, lunch and after work classes as well as a Sunday class which is pretty rare.As mentioned I'm most impressed by the trainers and the attendees. The trainers are all very friendly and welcoming whether they are instructing your class or not. They also manage to offer lots of individual instruction throughout which is very comforting for beginners. Everyone I've encountered at the classes have been friendly and I've never once felt uncomfortable as I sweat my way through the grueling class.Be prepared to work hard and you'll have a good time!My only criticism is the payment plans are not very accommodating if you are spending months out of town for work ever year.

I’ve worked out (on and off) with Precision for over 6 years and I’ve never found another gym, trainers or programs that get better results in record time. All of the staff are awesome, the programs for group fitness are perfect, the support is non-stop and the environment is welcoming and friendly for all fitness levels, ages and abilities. It’s the best group I’ve found in the city and I would recommend anyone to check it out! Thanks to Katie especially, for always keeping me in line, getting me back on track and constantly encouraging me!

I’ve been training off and on here for two years. The staff and facilities are top notch. I’ve tried a few other places here and there but no place I’ve found can match the cleanliness and overall polish of prescision. They have almost every type of equipment you could ever want.Kaitlyn W took time to make me a detailed workout routine specifically tailored for my specific needs. The rest of the staff are extremely knowledgeable and helpful.The only problem I’ve found with the place is that it’s a little bit too bright in there during mid morning. They could really use some blinds on the windows. I’ve never mentioned it them however.

My partner and I train 3 times per week at Precision Athletics with Teri-Lynn. She is an awesome trainer and the gym has a great set-up. As well as 1:1 and couple training there are also various boot camp/classes. All in all, would highly recommend!

I was member of women’s gym couple years ago and had very bad experience and gave up gym after 1 months, thinking gym is not for me. How wrong I was!Then 7-8 months ago I joined Precision Athletics, because it is in same building I work, and I was thinking, doing some stretching after all day sitting will do me good. Expecting nothing more.On my first free introduction hour I met Pepe, he worked with me, found exercise that I can actually do, and I like it, and decided to try it for some time.My goal was to be stronger, to ease pain in my joints, back, neck.. and I am overweight woman over 50- losing some weigh would be good.What I like:Gym is very bright and clean with nice shower room.Staff is extremely professional, friendly, and services offered are great.I feel comfortable and welcome in this gym,Pepe is great, friendly and professional, like working with him.Actually, I believe he cares about me not only for my money.After 8 months a feel stronger, my knee pain is gone, I can stand longer (when cooking) without back pain, neck feels much better. I lost about 5 kg, arms are thinner and less flabby, I need clothes one(two) size down.I feel ashamed of myself now, I achieved all of above going just once a week in gym, and rarely once a week I am doing exercise by myself using plan that Pepe made for me.I am lazy but I will try to fix that too 😊Thank you Pepe for your patience with me, you change impossible (ME!)Vesna

Love the boot camp classes! Only 45 minutes long which makes it feel very manageable BUT it's still a challenging workout. Trainers are supportive and inclusive of all fitness levels. It's a very welcoming low pressure environment with plenty of encouragement and the right amount of push. Highly recommended!

I love this gym. Conveniently located downtown and small class sizes. The trainers are all knowledgeable and super friendly. Going to the gym can be tough but when you go and there's smiling familiar faces it makes the experience so much better. Would definitely recommend this place!

Super friendly people, as soon as you step in you feel welcomed. Great classes, I love that the groups are small to medium size. They are NOT like many other gyms that try to lock you in a contract and I really like this about Precision Athletics.

I've been coming here for the last year and some change to see my personal trainer, Danielle, and all I can say is that every time I arrive there familiar faces are there and its always great to see all the employees saying hi to you. gym is always very well equipped and in an awesome location in the downtown so easy for me to go after work. I can't recommend them enough! :)

Dani was great! On time! Encouraging and positive. Fills your ego! Incredibly on par. Challenging and accepted no excuses. Loved her encouragement ensuring i was hydrated or over doing it. I liked the gym not all fancy and floor felt good on my body too! Well worth my time and hard earned money but yes i am worth it!

I’ve been going to Precision (Craig Boyd) for 8 mths. I’m a typical weekend warrior. I sit at a desk during the day then at the weekend play competitive football. Craig appreciates what I need to stay in the game and that I’m not training for the Olympics! Excellent results. Very happy with Craig’s training style and the facilities. Highly recommend.
