Experience

 

Gigi has been active since youth, she participated in all kinds of sports, from ballet, Taekwondo, basketball to hurdles running. Her family calls her a sweaty boo because of all her round-the-clock physical activities. Working out is her daily shot of dopamine to kick-start her day! She was a client of Katie for 3 years and shadowed her for a year to help people connect back to their bodies.

She is an ambitious go-getter and hard worker, believes everything is achievable once you put your mind to it, it is important that you constantly push yourself through those difficult moments. It is exhilarating for her to witness her clients accomplishing their goals and advancing in their training.

Recently she has started instructing fitness classes, it has been fun for her and her clients. She loves the opportunity to throw in impromptu exercises for the classes and modifying them to the needs of her clients.

Interests

Gigi has a red-black belt in Taekwondo and also can be a referee for competition. She is always down for a sweaty high intensity workout.

Since nutritional education from high school, she has developed a vast interest in healthy eating and planning to obtain a nutritional certification to expand her knowledge in the field.
