Personal Trainer Vancouver- Kenneth Lo
Kenneth, a recent graduate of the University of British Columbia with a Bachelors of Psychology, developed a passion for fitness advocacy and health consciousness during his time in uni. Sparked by encouragement from friends during university, weightlifting has become a story of dedication, excitement and joy.
With a great deal of experience in both fields of fitness and hospitality, Kenneth’s goal is to welcome beginner weight lifters to a space of welcomeness, inclusivity and contentment. Just like himself, he was welcomed to the fitness community with amiable care, and now being experienced and advanced, he wants to share his experiences through coaching, training and being better everyday.

In terms of his essentials, you can always find Kenneth snowboarding Vancouver’s incredible slopes during the winter time, or hiking BC’s beautiful mountain ranges in the summer. Whenever possible, travel is also a top priority for Kenneth, he immensely values experiencing different cultures, cuisines and ideas.
