Meet Vianelle, Our Newest Trainer
We have a new junior personal trainer on the team, Vianelle Zaparilla.
We asked Vianelle for a training tip for those new to exercise. She says:
“If you’re new to working out, set small realistic goals, and take one at a time. Sometimes it takes baby steps to make the biggest changes when you’re starting out as a beginner. Consistency will help you see change.”
This tip also applies to anyone feeling frustrated with their progress. Just remember, “baby steps.”
