Sports injury, surgical recovery, sedentary lifestyles, whiplash, postural issues and movement assessments (including running) are common issues we assist clients with. We understand how to tailor programming that accommodates and improves these types of limitations. With knowledgeable, patient personal trainers that have functional movement certifications, and others with Active Rehabilitation focus, our supportive team can help you get back into shape and achieving your fitness goals.
You’ll ease back into a routine that includes corrective exercises, conditioning, education and some ‘homework.’ We’ll keep you motivated and progressing, without risking injury.
Active Rehabilitation Rates
Our training rates for active rehabilitation are the same as our personal training rates, except you’re working with trainers that have higher qualifications.
Our personal trainers have different levels of expertise depending on experience and training. Rates vary between Level 1, 2, 3 and 4 trainers.
Find a training format to fit your budget. All personal training sessions are pay-as-you-go, with no financial surprises (no additional fees or hooks). Your session cost includes: One awesome workout, towel, locker and shower facilities.
