Circuit Train the Core
Our Core Circuit Training class in downtown Vancouver uses a variety of exercises to whittle midsection by training the abs, obliques, low back, and inner & outer core muscles. We include cardio stations so that you also get a good sweat, helping with fat loss.
This class maintains a balance between the flexing and extension muscles of the spine, as well as a combination of rotation and stability exercises. Our certified personal trainers will help you perfect form to reduce injury and see faster progress to a flatter stomach. Quality over quantity.
