Circuit Train the Core
Our Core Circuit Training class in downtown Vancouver uses a variety of exercises to whittle midsection by training the abs, obliques, low back, and inner & outer core muscles. We include cardio stations so that you also get a good sweat, helping with fat loss.
This class maintains a balance between the flexing and extension muscles of the spine, as well as a combination of rotation and stability exercises. Our certified personal trainers will help you perfect form to reduce injury and see faster progress to a flatter stomach. Quality over quantity.

The coaches at Precision are very knowledgeable and have great experience leading individual or group sessions as well as being very friendly and encouraging. Picking one coach would be a tough decision; in other words, it does not matter with which coach you will take the class with, you will be guaranteed to have a very enjoyable workout.
