Pick a personal trainer, or we’ll pair you up after hearing about your fitness level and goals. After an initial consultation and detailed fitness assessment, the trainer will take you step-by-step through a workout that has been designed specifically for you. Our personal trainers will challenge you, keep you on track, focus on your form (safety first) and help you get the results you want.

Our team has qualifications beyond basic personal training. Nutrition coaching, injury rehabilitation, Functional Movement Screening and Pre/Postnatal fitness are other areas of expertise. We can also provide highly focussed training in your area of interest such as powerlifting, Olympic lifting, kettlebells, intense abs and more. And if you can’t make it into our gym, we can come to you: ask us about off-site rates.

Our personal trainers can still push you physically while providing individualized guidance and a varied routine to help you both reach your fitness goals. Not at the same level? No problem—we’ve trained many couples that workout together because it suits their schedules, but have different abilities.
Having a partner while training keeps you extra-accountable (you need to show up for two people) and it strengthens your performance, especially if you enjoy a little healthy competition.

Our personal trainers have different levels of expertise depending on experience and training. Rates vary between Level 1, 2, 3 and 4 trainers.
