After your pregnancy, we can help ease you into an exercise routine. We’ll work on key areas such as strengthening the pelvic floor and toning the midsection, keeping mindful of postnatal issues such as diastasis, loose joints and surgical implications.
Pre & Postnatal Fitness Rates
Our personal trainers have different levels of expertise depending on experience and training. Rates vary between Level 1, 2, 3 and 4 trainers.
