This Semi-Private Specialized Training program is based on our popular 360 Degree Abs program, where participants experienced amazing results. Clients have been asking for a workout that includes the glutes, and here it is!

Here’s why:

The semi-private format means you’ll receive lots of personalized coaching and feedback from our passionate and experienced trainers.

You’ll receive two 60-minute sessions per week that are focused on training your abs from all angles, your glutes, as well as cardio conditioning. This is the perfect mix to shape specific areas with weights and body weight exercises sprinkled with cardio conditioning that will help lean you out! [Our new COVID-19 Protocols involve toggling participants between exercise zones so social distancing can be maintained.]

  1. Class Size: 4 members max.
  2. Session Commitment: 2 x 60 min sessions/wk
  3. Program Duration: 12 weeks
  4. Cost: $60/week
