The first thing that stood out to me when I first joined this gym is the sheer professionalism of the coaching team. Technical training and form correction is critical for injury prevention and I’ve benefited immensely from the expertise of David and Teri-Lynn and their commitment to ensure exercises are done safely and correctly. I found this lacking in other high performance gyms and was more prone to injuries in the past. Since joining I have improved my techniques and have less time away from the gym for ‘repairs’. I also noticed the trainers continue to enhance their skill and fitness education.
