Our Waterfront Location

Join our personal training, group fitness and other downtown Vancouver gym programming in Grant Thornton Place, on the corner of Seymour and West Cordova streets, across from the Waterfront station.

Pay parking can be found in lots right near our building, like Waterfront and Harbour Centre.

Providing great natural light with two walls of windows, this gym in downtown Vancouver features over 4,000 square feet of training space including cardio, free weights, and functional training.

State of the art cardio equipment includes:

  • Free motion spin bikes complete with screens & online spin classes
  • Treadmills & sprinting treadmills
  • Stepmill climbers
  • WaterRower rowing machines
  • Assault bikes

You’ll find a dedicated free weight area with barbells and dumbbells, plus a functional training area with suspension training, kettlebells, battle ropes, sand bags, sleds for pushing and pulling. There’s plenty of space for your functional workouts!

Amenities include towel service, filtered water, showers and lockers.

Sat-Sun closed

We are OPEN!

One-on-one personal training and semi-private specialized training (Powerlifting; Glutes, Abs & Cardio; and Operation Alpha) sessions are operating. All indoor Group Fitness classes are suspended until outside weather improves.
