Vancouver Personal Trainer - Katie Curtis
Katie has been with Precision Athletics since 2013 and is the Director of Group Fitness. Katie’s positive energy, her passion for fitness, her own story, and helping her clients achieve their own personal goals is what drives her to push towards greatness on a daily basis.
In 2011, Katie lost almost 90 lbs through exercise and nutrition which is why she is a strong believer in, “you can do anything you put your mind to.” She also believes in how powerful the mind can be—understanding that your mind must go there first and your body will follow.
Katie is a certified personal trainer with the National Academy of Sports Medicine and the BCRPA. She also specializes in Pre & Post Natal Training, Sports Performance Training, Core Conditioning, Functional Training, Functional Range Conditioning; and is a certified Animal Flow instructor. Working with clients with a wide range of goals, Katie specifies her training to a client’s needs and makes sure they are learning, supported and having fun while doing it.

When she’s not training her clients and keeping our Group Fitness members happy, you can usually find Katie out hiking or running with her dogs!
