Personal Trainer Vancouver - Katie Curtis
Katie started her Career as a Personal Trainer back in 2013 after losing over 80 pounds at the age of 19 in 2011. She transformed her body and her life which is what drives her passion to give each of her clients 100% dedication and support.
She is certified with the BCRPA and also spent a year away from the gym environment working as the Recreational Therapist at a maximum security Correctional Facility.
Her goal is to see all of her clients succeed in every goal they have as well as feeling comfortable with themselves and in the gym. She is positive and supportive in every way possible as well as sensitive to the different needs of every client.
Katie works with and invests her time into her clients with a wide range of goals, whether you want to lower your body fat percentage, fix your posture or build lean muscle mass. She promises no matter what your goal is, if you’re willing to work hard and become a new you she will make sure you get there.
