Double Unders

WOD

5 reps of each exercise, Dumbells not allowed to touch ground once you have started your set. Increase weight each round. 5 rounds. Rest as needed between rounds.

DB Deadlift
DB Hang Cleans
DB Push Press
DB Front Squats
