Meet Maxine, New Personal Trainer
Part personal trainer, part cyclist and a Holistic Nutritionist, Maxine completed her training in Montreal.
Maxine loves to cycle, and enjoys helping her clients gain strength, speed and agility on the bike. As for injuries, Maxine guides her clients through these as well – for her, “there are no road blocks in training only speed bumps”.
A self-professed ‘nutrition geek’, when not in the gym you’ll find Maxine in the kitchen playing with recipes as she is also studying to be a Holistic Nutritionist.
