Say Hello to Sarah – Our Newest Trainer

New year, new personal trainer – say hello to Sarah Sayyari!

Sarah became interested personal training while studying Kinesiology at UBC. If you have injuries or require rehabilitation – talk to Sarah. Besides providing inspiration and guidance to get people off the couch, she also focuses on physical rehabilitation and therapeutic exercise for cancer survivors, seniors and others with clinical needs.
